Unsatisfactory Delivery Service
Amway refuses to acknowledge their Delivery Carrier is a complete failure.
Amway chooses to use Canpar as their delivery provider. Unfortunately Canpar operates a substandard business operation.
Once my order is placed until I actually drive myself to a pickup location 20 minutes away takes over 2 months. After waiting over a month for my order to arrive I call Canpar to track down my order. Im told they will look into the delay and get back to me. Not surprisingly they never do.
My orders are always returned to a delivery depot with no communication or notice marked either Cannot Locate or Undeliverable. This then signals a there is a problem. Multiple emails from Amway are received requesting me to review their products. At that point its clear now MY responsibility to attempt to locate my missing parcel.
Then the arduous task, of which manifests into a huge level of frustration, begins. Firstly I must call Canpar to track down my order. Then Im told they will get back to me within 24 hours. Not surprisingly they never call back.
I have complained to Amway Customer Service regarding my dissatisfaction with their unacceptable business practices. I get the typical thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Yet Amway refuses to recognize or consider partnering with a more reputable, efficient delivery agency. Shame on the Amway corporate decision maker for failing to prioritize customer service!

I was looking today as the protein snacks I seen, I was able to order today so if they were just not in stock not sure as the first time said they will no longer be available and, I had talked to customer service they told me same thing.They seem to be still available as a bonus great for lunches everyone loves them.
Barbecue protein snacks were able to order today.
