Exceptional experience!
The customer service person helped me resolve a water filter issue by patiently walking me through the process of cleaning the contact points so that the electronic module worked as it should. Great service.

Resolved: Disappointed
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The marketing in Amway gets rid of the stuff people use with no replacements the nutrition snacks the barbecue snacks the tortillas chips. Also the body wash that people use for skin conditions they change that out for putting a scent in new stuff.The way some stuff stuff is packaged needs improvement.

Not able to get through to customer service. Trying to reset password frustrating and unsuccessful!
Resetting of password frustrating and unsuccesful not able to order because not able to get into my account because of this. All in all my experience was totally frustrating and makes me want to stop using Amway!

Unsatisfactory Delivery Service
Amway refuses to acknowledge their Delivery Carrier is a complete failure.
Amway chooses to use Canpar as their delivery provider. Unfortunately Canpar operates a substandard business operation.
Once my order is placed until I actually drive myself to a pickup location 20 minutes away takes over 2 months. After waiting over a month for my order to arrive I call Canpar to track down my order. Im told they will look into the delay and get back to me. Not surprisingly they never do.
My orders are always returned to a delivery depot with no communication or notice marked either Cannot Locate or Undeliverable. This then signals a there is a problem. Multiple emails from Amway are received requesting me to review their products. At that point its clear now MY responsibility to attempt to locate my missing parcel.
Then the arduous task, of which manifests into a huge level of frustration, begins. Firstly I must call Canpar to track down my order. Then Im told they will get back to me within 24 hours. Not surprisingly they never call back.
I have complained to Amway Customer Service regarding my dissatisfaction with their unacceptable business practices. I get the typical thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Yet Amway refuses to recognize or consider partnering with a more reputable, efficient delivery agency. Shame on the Amway corporate decision maker for failing to prioritize customer service!

Credit issue
I was supposed to receive a cheque refund for my gift card since more than 6 months I have been calling Amway and wasting my time amd money with long distance charges and I want full refund even with long distance phone charges.

The agent was fantastic In handing my issue and providing resolution to it. She handled the call very well and addressed the issue in a right way.

The prices have gone up to much.They have got rid of the partner stores for customer.The people in the office no idea what they are doing.
Laundry soap has gone up 5.00.The partner stores are gone for customers.Amway is not thinking of there customers at all. The people who are making these decisions should ask the customers not take it on there self when all they do is sit in the office.

Its smells like oil
This is a protein snack that can be eaten until February 13, 2022. There is still about a month left, but the smell of oil in the snack is too bad to eat.

I was looking today as the protein snacks I seen, I was able to order today so if they were just not in stock not sure as the first time said they will no longer be available and, I had talked to customer service they told me same thing.They seem to be still available as a bonus great for lunches everyone loves them.
Barbecue protein snacks were able to order today.
